Hertz Brisbane Airport Car Rental

I booked and rented a Toyota COROLLA YKV-50J. I had a flat tyre roughly 5km from my pick up point at Brisbane airport. I did roughly 189km for the entire journey and returned the car. I thought i should advise someone I had a flat tyre so the next renter wont have a problem. Well i was told i would have to pay roughly $100 for a new tyre. The car had already travelled over 35800 km so it wasn't a new car. The car had damage all over it ( luckily I took photos when i picked it up) Then to add insult on top of this charge i was also charged a $80.47 ACCIDENT DAMAGE EXCESS. We will never use HERTZ ever again and have also gotten all staff members at our company & 7 in total ) to destroy their membership with Hertz. So our company lost roughly $180 in rip off charges, how much did Hertz just lose from now 8 including myself members who will not return. Pathetic service. I would honestly walk before hiring a car from this company again on the 8th of October 2014 I walked into the office to hire a car for 1 day it cost me $195 + a bond of $100 I used my visa Debit Card which contains my own money. the next day after returning the car which I had for a total of 15 hours I check my account I notice Hertz took an amount which was about $50 more I waited a couple more days to see how much would be returned to my account to my horror they took another $651.00 it has now been 10 days since hiring this car still haven't got my money back and a total of nearly $1000 gone. Each time I phone they say they are returning the funds well not good enough they took at least $650 from my account which they have no explanation for they also told me they charged me $30 for returning my car early this is a fee they have when you book a car then return it earlier.
