Hertz Car Rental Melbourne Flinders Street

Usually nice service from Hertz.
I'd had a bad experience previously when someone had backed into me in a driveway, admitted liabilty and was in touch with their insurance company before I returned the car, but was still made to pay $4000 upfront for around $200 damage which took months to refund... wasn't happy.
However, thought I'd give it another try. Recently returned to pick up a car, and found the bluetooth wouldn't pair on the phone.
Staff advised I drive the car back and promptly changed it for another that worked immediately before I even drove off the lot.
Close to terminals and friendly team.

After a not so great experience the first time, my last booking with Hertz went much better. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and cracked a few jokes. He wound up being the one to great me in the car park when I dropped the vehicle back as well. I received an upgrade on my car and the service was prompt and concise. Very happy.

I was in Melbourne for work recently and hired from Hertz. I guess a car company is a car company but i was impressed. Really nice girl at the front desk. She upgraded me because the car they first had for me was still being washed. She gave me directions to a meeting. So thanks!
