"Had a car from these peoplr and upgraded the cover on the vehicle to what i thought would cover everything.... had a flat tyre and had to get their roadside service out to change it (their roadservice in Qld is RACQ) I am a gold member of RACQ which supposedly covers my for ANY vehicle I drive. After returning the vehicle I find a $200 fee from hertz..... for calling out RACQ through Hertz...... Guess what.... no chance ill be paying that.....already blocked it with the bank. Just plain wrong ......will NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with hertz again"
