have a good range of stock but this shop is let down by the attitude of the staff. I went in and asked for some advice on best type of shampoo for my dog and could they recommend one to use. I was waved away and told they are on the shelves down there. No offer to show me anything just pointed in the general direction of the Dog supplies. I went and looked at the shampoos but no offer of advice was forthcoming and In the end I walked out and went to another shop. The two members of staff just did not want to know about helping me they were just happy chatting. I got the impression the more mature member of staff was the management but obviously not interested in the business. There are plenty other shops in Hervey bay and I suggest customers try those as the service is a lot better.
