took a whale watching tour with this company in october 2015 and saw about 10 whales in about 5 different locations, including a baby who breeched right in front of us. its a large vessel with 3 viewing levels, staff are friendly, have 2 outings each day, prices are OK (gets expensive for a family). tour was punctual, easy to book in on day. afternoon tea provided on afternoon tour (cakes and hot drinks).
