I recently had the guys from hi-light Bendigo attend my house in Geelong after seeing the quality of crim safe doors at a friends house. I couldn't be more happier. The advice I received from Anthony in regards to home safety was extremely valuable and he made the process so simple. The safety of my family is paramount and am so happy I chose this company to measure, build and supply my two new screen doors and from a company that weren't restricted to just the Melbourne area. Thanks again so much Anthony for coming down to Geelong. Unfortunately I probably won't need you again unless I buy another house because no crook is getting through these doors ! I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends !

Purchased a Crimsafe door from Hi Light and couldn't be happier. The rep came out and measured the door and gave me heaps of options. They were able to make a Crimsafe door for my front door which other companies had told me would not accept a security door. Hi Light then came out and fitted the door in a couple of weeks. The door looks and works exceptionally well. It looks a treat also.
Door has since corroded and it's come off the rails. Everything was OK for a little while then everything went south. The problem was any real guidance and it seemed to corrode from the top down. I don't think it was laid out straight and there was a fair bit of skimming. I think there still is some skimming. I know exactly what the problem is but they won't admit it. I told them numerous times that it was all corroding from the top down but they claim that it was my fault. I can't understand how it can be my fault. Any guidance must be straight and true or it will never work. If it's crooked it simply won't work and will all come crashing down.
