If I could give a 0 I would. Bought a cheap service package. Turned out more expensive than Toyota. The next day my car stopped working. There was fuel gushing out of the filter which hadn't been put on correctly, luckily I had tools and was able to fix it. Never go there. It is not cheap and mechanics are cr#p

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! Got ripped off hugely a few months ago and am still paying for it, car leaks more then what it did when I sent it in, cost $2700 more then the quote.

I agree with all the reviews. I was lured to do cheap air-con regas, even though my AC was still fine. AC became hot just after a while. Took it back, they said they checked there's no leakage and re-gas the AC. 2 weeks and became hot again. Don't use their service, rude and unprofessional unfortunately.

Used a Group On voucher to get my air con regassed. They made it worse so I took it back. The next time even more worse, no cold at all, very noisy, so I took it back. They said it would need an air con engineer at around $100 per hr. I went to another mechanic who said that it wasn't re gassed properly as they'd left the old gas in. He did a simple re gas, properly, and now it works fine. These people are agressive, rude and are the worst mechanics around. Please avoid Hi Tech Auto at all costs.
