There were no "highs" only lows about using this cheap/ nasty excuse for a dry cleaning service. Not only bad, rude service but my silk top was returned with holes in the front neckline after a safety pin was put there. No apology and was refused a refund because "they" didn't do it. The offsite company who does the dry cleaning was apparently to blame. NEVER go here.
Walked in 5.27pm to pick up my garments. I was shouted at by an extremely unfriendly staff member who was serving another customer "I can't take anymore. It is 5.30, the computer is shut".
Sounds familiar. My silk shirt was returned with holes in the front from safety pins. No apology, refund refused. Nice.
