This pho here is very notable and very authentic. I always come here to get the beef tripe vietnamese noodle soup. The broken rice is also really good here. Serving sizes are decent and it's a no frills place for pho. Don't expect a nice ambience but it really does the job and fixes a pho craving. The service is very fast and the meal is definitely authentic.
They're very famous for their pho here. I'm sure they have other dishes too that are great but a lot of people come here specifically for the pho. With so many pho speciality restaurants in Footscray, it's hard to say which is best. This restaurant isn't personally my favourite, but it's still up there in regards to being one of the top pho restaurants in Footscray. I guess it comes down to personally preference. The food comes out fresh, fast and a very generous size serving. Very flavoursome and plenty of meat.
