in response to this unfortunate event, the customer had brought the vehicle in because it was not running properly, after diagnostics were carried out, it was concluded that the diesel fuel the customer had put through the fuel system was not good quality and had therefor damaged the injectors and injector pump. being that time of year in december just before christmas there was not much we could about a complete repair of the vehicle as we were understaffed and very busy, the customer took the vehicle back knowing that the vehicle was not 100% in working condition. the customer was compensated for the time it took to diagnose the vehicle.

It took over 5 weeks and car was still not road worthy whether or not you were understaffed is not my problem you should of told us as we told you we needed the car for our first holiday away with our children and you didn't seem to care and you did not compensate us we said we were going to fair trading after you demanded full payment and we resolved it by saying that we would pay for parts and you agreed.
We still don't get after 5 weeks you didn't even know what the problem was we got another mechanic to look at it and he told us exactly what it was a loss of compression in the motor would never use again and would not recommend going there as this isn't the only complaint we have heard about!
