Went in there asking for noise cancelling headphones. Was sold a pair. They did nothing for noise and took them back. The clerk who served me said, "We can't refund earplugs due to health reasons."

Asked to see the manager, he was outside having a smoke break, had to wait for him to finish his smoke then he told me the same thing. I told them that the clerk told me they were noise cancelling but he rudely repeated himself. Bad attitude.

Regardless of store policy, treat your customers with some respect.

This music store is only small in comparison to others, but they certainly make up for it in service and professional and friendly advice. Repair work on instruments is fast and reliable. The manager is personable and a pleasure to do business with. A fantastic range of instrumental books offering band or orchestral backing cds.
