Shocking customer service.
They wouldn't replace my watch or refund me despite Casio informing them they had to. I Have my receipt and watch is still under warranty.
Will never shop there again
Not even worth half a star,Do not send you watch for a repair at high time blacktown. If you want to deal with incompentent staff that provide you with beyond poor customer service this is the place to go, if your not in to that go to a more reputable watch repair store. There are many better ones in West Point or elsewhere.
I have to agree completely with Glue121 - appalling service this week. I took my receipt for the work done in Late January 2016 and was simply accuse of dropping the watch!
Small parts are coming away inside the watch between Casing and dial. One of the hands rotates loosely. I wear the watch daily but when I noticed the time was wrong and seen the hand rotate backwards, I kept it in my pocket until I had a chance to take it to them.
I have had a number of repairs etc done hear, but never again.
They said to take it back to where I bought it!!! - I asked them is this your attitude? To which she said yes!
So if it is anything more than a watch band or battery you require....you would be best to seek out a professional!
