High Time Watch Specialist

The staff at this store are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have spoken to Greg who has zero customer service skills and also spoken to the General Manager, Marjorie, who is supposedly the owner and director who was even worse than Greg. Absolutely zero regard for the customer, rude and antagonist. I will never shop there again and suggest that anyone reading this shop elsewhere also.

I will be taking my issue to the department of fair trading and the ACCC as they have a blatant disregard for consumer law.

I don't normally do this but the service I received at this store is the WORST I have ever come across.
The manager or owner is the rudest man I have ever met and has no respect for his staff or the customers. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

I have been really happy with the service here. Fully informative, with a phone call inbetween to update the news on the repairs and charges.

Would not recommend this kiosk to anyone. I have a good quality automatic watch which is some years old. When I took it to this store for a service I was told to come back later when the watchmaker would be there. So I returned at the agreed time, unfortunately the watchmaker doesn't know how to tell time and was 30 mins late for his shift. On handing my watch to the watchmaker he promptly told me it was a copy and could not be repaired. He then pulled the stem out of the watch and said "see, its a cheap watch". I tried to get him to work through the issue but he handed the watch back to me and told me to go away. While I was there a woman was trying to pick up a watch that had been in for repair for 3 months and not fixed yet. After seeing my treatment she (quite rightly) asked for her watch back. I did not see the end of that as I was furious and left.
