Worst company ever!! DON'T use them.
When we vacated our property they didn't contact us about our bond for weeks. We had to chase them up and they said differently about previously contacting us to claim against our bond. To cover themselves, they wrote an email and said it was what they had previously sent us. We made a formal complaint and the management helped them cover up themselves.
This company lacks integrity and I hate to think how many other people they have done this to as well. Lousy people, use any other property company in cronulla you will get much better service.
During my first communication I was asked to come into the agency at a certain time as I did I was informed that the person who made the arrangements was at lunch and did not come back to half an hour. As I had work the that day the time they scheduled was appropriate. As they were on lunch I found my self sitting there for half an hour being late for work. When we went to sign the contracts they were unprofessional their contract was missing information and other information which was not clearly stated made them re print and re do their contract twice before I could sign it. The third complaint I have is that when they scheduled an inspection time and day, they did not show up. I called the real estate and they stated they would come the next day at 1pm they ended up coming at 1030 in the morning with no calls or warning all she did was come in take photos and I have not heard how the inspection went.
