I was very disappointed with the service and subsequent price. Ian was coming 5 times!!! to fix two issues. My tenants were absolutely not happy. There was an issue with a tripping circuit. First day he couldn’t do anything because of there is not too much roof space and weather wasn’t good. Next day he came and repaired roof leak. That’s all cool, but the price is $319. That’s a lot!
After that tenants found that pool pump is not working, because of the power point. This thing he was fixing 4 times. First time he called me and suggested to install a new power point as it’s easier than try to dig out the cable. I asked for the price, but didn’t get anything except the phrase that my realestate agent always uses him. Ok, but please take photos.. I thought it shouldn’t be too expensive..
