My 610 square metres of colourbond roof of about 26 years old was lichen-infested and covered in grime, plus the gutters were full to the brim with rotting leaves, bark small twigs and branches. Anyone who lives surrounded by eucalypts will know what it's like.
I emailed Jim for a quote via his website and received a phone call within 24 hours. I gave him the roof area and described the extent of the mess on the roof. He gave me a price, sight unseen. This was mainly due to the two hour travel-time to my place.
