Ok sales department but service department is not up to standard. Cutesy bus service waiting time is really long and customer service is bad. You may have to dress up to be treated more decently.

I get my Subaru XV serviced here since I bought it. Interesting what can be seen when the dash cam is on during service. I'd highly recommend you try it. I'll leave it at that. This dealership rarely calls back when you leave a message to book a service. Very busy in the morning when trying to drop your car off so get there as early as possible or you might be queued out on to the road waiting to enter. They do have courtesy cars for $10 but you need to book them weeks in advance.

This is worst dealers in brisbane , I bought Honda civic 2016 last July , car having trouble with air-conditioning from last 4-5 months , dealers giving lollypop every time , I discussed with Mr justin from Honda Australia , he most rode person in the world. So i am still facing problem with car. So I humble request to everyone please don't buy Honda civic and pls don't go to cricks Highway springwood , poor service , they will very well when you go to first time , but after they will show their colours.
