They will say they have a better interest rate than the banks but it was only 0.25% difference and I only wanted the loan for the term of one year so the little extra in interest would have been a lot better then paying all the extra frees to Nissan.
My 2010 370Z has been having electrical issues, this morning the keys were locked inside the car. I called Springwood Nissan, I told them RACQ had been out to try and unlock the car to no avail. The service staff then suggested I call RACQ, so obviously hadnt listened to anything i had previously said. I advised them again that RACQ had already attended and were not able to assist. I asked if they had a master key etc, I was told they had no master key and the only other suggestion they have was to 'smash the window'. At that I hung up. This is not first time I have been less than happy with the service Ive received from Highway Nissan. Undesirable service and inexperienced staff.
went in last weekend to highway nissan springwoods sale signed a contract with them for a new nissan dualis for the mrs with it stated on the contract 'SUBJECT TO TEST DRIVE' since they werent offering test drives on the day which is understandable the salesman was good although after taking for test drive and deciding the car doesnt suit our needs they say give me a phone call with your bank details when u get home and they will reverse the credit card charge. on the way home they ring back and say i now have to come in tomorrow to get money back after i just patiently sat their for half an hour that day expecting to get my refund reversed immediately as stated to us when we signed up and as it says ON THE CONTRACT'. they dont want to give our 500 dollar deposit back or answer our calls or ring us back for that matter, after talking to some friends we actually found someone who had the same problem they ended writing letters to nissan australia ...read more
We recently bough a one year old nissan from the highway auto group. We were able to negotiate the price and ask for a few minor things to be fixed on the car. All of which was done to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our purchase and would not only recommend highway nissan as a dealer to buy a car from but also a nissan as a great family car.
