Highway Tyres Service

I have been a loyal Highway tyre customer for many years and have often recommended his business to my family and friends. I had never had a problem with their service, however, after my last visit I would never recommend this business to anyone who expects customer care or support. Why? I had an unfortunate on site accident that resulted in an impact cut to my head. This happened when I bent down to pick up my wheel nut covers that were accidentally dropped from the back of my vehicle by one of the staff and on the way back up collected my head on the tail gate. It was a fairly hard whack and I had to go to a doctor to get my head stitched and had two subsequent chiropractic visits for neck stiffness. Highway tyre management and staff have denied any liability and refused to cover my out of pocket (GAP) medical expenses (under $140). Pretty lousy and not honest as I do not believe I was injured just by my own actions.
