Terrible! They lost my partners pants and the remaining items were filthy. Would not recommend!

I was a loyal customer for Hilda's for shirt washing and ironing until recently. I had noticed that the buttons on my Rhodes and Beckett's shirts and Country Road shirts had been cracking/scratched or broken completely. I was a little upset about this as the shirts cost between $130-$190 so I thought I would ask them why this has happened and I was expecting them to at least mend the buttons with a replacement even though on some of shirts the Brand name is embossed and would therefore look odd with different buttons. I approached the staff members working on a Saturday afternoon and the response I received from one of them was that it was not their fault and that it would have been from wear and tear. I proceeded to explain that one of the shirts which was purchased recently and had only been washed and ironed once from Hilda's had a button that had cracked off completely and that the wear and tear excuse isn't possible.
