To the gentleman who approached me when I picked up my sons webster pack today.

Thank you for your honesty at explaining to me that providing a webster pack for my son was a rubbish job that is a lot of hard work and you make no money out of it. Your crass approach to service has made it quite clear to me that you resent our needs. I had been a customer for the last 20 years and my son has only just started accessing respite and needed a webster pack to give me a much needed break. I also work full time am studying to complete my masters, juggling no less that 8 medical scripts, a 9 year old and 23 years son with severe behavioural issues. I am sorry that your business model does not suit my other competing concerns, you can consider my relationship with this Pharmacy as over.
Just a bit of advice, language and repore mean everything,you need to master both.
