Lets start at the front- reception staff are great most days and they are very helpful with one another but a little slow with patients. Reception staff do deal with a lot but remember a smile is free and it makes people comfortable and comfortable patients have more patience.
Doctors- I have seen a lot of the doctors here but only one has shown me even a modicum of respect and kindness, thank you Dr Sonal and to Dr Nameera if you are still working here than you should not, you have the listening skills of a gnat and you are most certainly in the wrong ...read more
there is not much parking and at some stages you have to walk for a while before you get here. the clinic itself is not very inviting and the receptionist are not very helpfull and for the doctor's there are only treating you as a number and don't take much interest in what is wrong and don't do not follow ups on the health issues you got.
