I booked my appointment 3 months ago because it was the earliest I could get. I waited an hour to see the Dr and couldn't wait any longer due to pain from my back injury. I was spoken down to by the receptionists and kept being told "only another 5 minutes". I had to rebook my appointment which is in 2 months time before walking out.
