If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Dropped a chainsaw off for a simple repair and service. Paid the $30 inspect and quote fee.
Made many chase-up phone calls asking about progress, got the run-around.
The patience ran out a month later, I went and collected the chainsaw- nothing has been done, and it looks like it's been left sitting in the dirt.
Never again.

Terrible. Avoid them for mower repairs. I feel that I should warn people of the tactics used by Hills District Farm Equipment service department. I paid $100 to get a quote on repairs to my mower. When I didn't proceed, they gave me back the mower in pieces! When asked to re-assemble it, they refused unless I cough up another $100. When I lodged a complaint about double-charging and railroading customers into making additional payments, the manager responded with "these terms have an implied meaning that is not appropriate or applicable". I don't know what else I'd call it? They also said that they are now too busy to re-assemble it so I have to wait two weeks. Back to the end of queue it seems. Beware of Hills District Farm Equipment if you don't proceed with their repair quote.
