I ordered my Dress in June 2014. In July the store closed and I wasn't notified until a month later and was told that I would have to go through the sunshine coast store to make payments. In August I received a phone call from the management saying they have my dress at their house and all I had to do was give them money and they would deliver my dress to my house, what also was suspicious was they emailed me different bank details to what was on the receipt of my dress. As I was very suspicious, my best friend also contacted them and spoke to another person and confirmed that my dress was in their child's bedroom Today I tried contacting the management but the number has been disconnected. I went to the DFO store and saw what I believe is the dress i ordered handing on the rack. They let me try the dress on and said they will hold it for me.

Ordered in March 2014, stop closed with no notice in July, chased them they said they had moved stock to Sunshine coast as they were building a superstore and dress was on its way, august had an email saying sunshine coast store had closed, after asking about dress was told it had been delayed due in September, no further communications new store in Jindalee DFO opened under NEW MANAGEMENT they sold the business name to a friend for $1.00 and are selling all the orders that were paid for by us for half price in the store, we cant get your dresses as they say they are under new management but the original management are running the shop.

Poor communication, first dress wrong colour, second dress wrong style. Avoid at all costs! I ordered my dress in May 2013 for my wedding in April 2014. Received a text message saying my payment was overdue, this was also sent to a friend who was my alternate contact despite my payments being paid well in advance. First dress arrived and I received a ph call saying it was the wrong colour and a new one would be ordered, offered no compensation and was i so upset. Today I went to pick up the replacement dress and they handed me a completely different gown, I explained the design of my dress and they couldn't even remember the style. I left to get a picture of the correct dress to show them and then called to let them know I had a picture, they said they had found the correct style online and would get another one made for me, due to arrive in march for my April wedding.
