I went shopping here about 6 months ago and picked out my wedding dress. However, when i went to pick it up turns out there was a problem with the shipping agent (not their fault) and my dress had been delayed. I was really upset as it may not have made it in time, but they helped me out and ended up giving me a dress that was nicer at no extra cost - plus covered any needed alterations.

It could have been a disaster but they really came through for me... I know a lot of other stores that wouldn't have done it!

Be careful when buying from here...No refunds, No exchanges, No credit notes.....
Even if the dress is unworn, with tags, in dress bag, with receipt, !!!!!
Next time I will shop elsewhere

These guys are wonderful. I've visited them twice for 2 different weddings. They were very helpful each time and I highly recommend them. Although the first time we had some tight timelines they did everything they could to find us something. The second time I visited I had traveled from the Gold Coast to see a store just down the road who had a specific designer that I and a couple of friends had wanted to see. We left that store feeling disappointed with the treatment we received. Luckily I knew Hills in Hollywood was really close and suggested we pay them a visit. Once again they were very helpful and had a huge range to choose from. My friend found her wedding dress here. We didn't plan to visit this boutique but I'm so glad we did. We had just had the most appalling experience down the road and were a bit bummed. Walking in here we were treated amazingly. The first dress I tried on in this store just happened to be the one and coupled with amazing service from Margaret and her team I felt like a real princess. They put on a veil, handed me flowers, clipped on jewellery and made it such a special experience. I drove my mother up the next day to view the gown and was spoiled for another hour (they waited for my father to arrive) and they helped brainstorm flower colours and themes, and helped us take some beautiful pictures of myself in the dress (the first place to allow that I have visited). I ended up placing a deposit and am now awaiting my dream dress. I cannot recommend this store enough.
