Hills Clinical Pilates Emerald is a Pilates studio with classes lead by trained therapists. We ask our patients to have at least one private session with one of our therapists before commencing classes so that we may best asses individual needs. We offer mat classes, private sessions and studio classes and have sessions in the morning, evening and weekend so as to best fit around busy work schedules.
