Hilltop Dry Cleaners

I would never go back to this Laundrette. The Staff were rude, service terrible, clothes not cleaned and even a beautiful new shirt ripped. They even suggested I had done it myself. Needless to say, have no leg to stand on as they didn't give out a docket, so no proof of service. Then they told me go take my business elsewhere. I hope people read this review and never use them. What goes around comes around I say.

I sent a $700 suit to these people for cleaning, they ripped a huge hole in the trousers. They would not take responsibility and basically told me to bugger off. Don't go here, they are awful people with an awful service.

I had the same experience as below with a $700 custom made bedspread belonging to my mum. I dropped it off not knowing it was marked until the staff unfolded it and asked me what they were. We have found Hilltop to be excellent, if they can't clean something they are honest, tell you and don't charge you. The job they do is better than most others in the area.

I recently dropped two fairly new coats (mine and partner's) to these dry cleaners. Mine had a few stains from sauce, the other was fine, just a bit dusty and had fluffs all over- all it needed was freshening up. Despite a huge sign outside stating that the service should be completed the same day, I was told to wait a few days. I came to pick them up and looked and them at home. To my surprise, they looked exactly the same as when I dropped them off- crinkly, with stains, with fluffs, even with crumbs that came off when I brushed them with a hand (surely their machine was more powerful than that?). It looked as if someone has forgotten about them and then just wrapped them up- but no-one even mentioned to me, when I picked them up, that there was any problem with some stains, or anything.
