Hilltop Kids Preschool

This centre has felt like a family, and Angelina even calls Pat Grandma at home when she is referring to her, which shows how comfortable she has felt during her time at Hilltop. The centre has helped Angelina grow, develop her social skills and even start trying new foods, which is great given how fussy she is. The family feel, the home cooked meals, the experienced staff and above standard cleanliness of the school, is what makes Hilltop a great centre, and we are glad Angelina had a chance to experience it.

I couldn't more happy with Hilltop Kids. Both my daughters attend the centre 3 days a week and they're so happy "going to school". All the children are treated with love and care and quite often I will find my youngest being cuddled and treated like 'one of the family'.

The educators are well organised and deliver lessons that develop the children's skills both socially and educationally. The centre is well-set and cosy. Kid's activities are varied and fun. My daughter did not have big issues with Nursery educators, in fact we appreciate their effort.

However as the parents we had various issues with the management, especially from the director and her performance.

We had to terminate the service after 6 weeks, as we found poor supporting, VERY unprofessional and bossy manner, tense and unwelcoming environment.

Key information wasnt delivered timely and adequately, as a result you got difficult situations to deal with.

Be aware that, some of uncleared policies protect their decision no matter what. They can refuse your medical certificate multiple time even if your child dont actually have any medical condition. It was just not the style of paper they want, but not willing to show you an example.

We're absolutely happy with our withdrawal decision after all.

Highly recommend this centre. The educators are all so lovely and caring and really make the centre feel like a big family. Both my kids attend the centre and I love the different creative methods the teachers come up with to help each individual child and how they incorporate each child’s interest into their teachings.

A warm, beautiful, nurturing, caring environment and nothing but amazing educators which complements the centre philosophy. A centre which is exceeding and shows. They follow policy and procedures which makes them stand out from the rest.
