Hilton Doctors Surgery

I had a wonderful experience, i did wait about 20 minutes to see the Dr, but i believe that is generally expected so i was completely fine with that. I went in to see Dr Almonte and he was absolutely fantastic, listened to my concerns and i felt acknowledged as a person and immediately comfortable... Definitely going again. happy patient :D

I waited just over 40 minutes and saw people arrive, be seen to by a doctor and leave. I was in the waiting room the longest, yet I hadn't been seen. I decided to ask if they were sure I had an appointment since it had been 40 minutes and everyone else had been seen to. I was told that i would have to wait that long anywhere to be seen and its just bad luck. I asked how much longer the staff anticipated for me to consult with a doctor. I was told it would be after someone else had been seen to. I told staff I didn't have the time to wait further time. Staff said fine, I left and was chased out the door by the same staff asking if I had paid for the cupcake that I had bought!! I'm certainly told staff so!!

Very unprofessional, it would be defused the situation allot earlier if staff had not have been so rude and snappy. A bit of understanding would have gone a long way!

Needless to say my patience has been lost, my time has been wasted.
