2 Stars - Profinish will accept your hard earned cash but deliver low quality work. When I got my car back, I thought it looked good. Upon closer inspection, I noticed areas that had been sanded through the first layer of metallics and just cleared over. It looked like an onion skin. The paint on my bumper which was also repaired, was so thin and dry on the edges that they wore down to the plastic during normal washing and drying of the car.
When I complained to the management, they blamed their workers, then later on, told me that was industry standard.
I am surprised how panels shops like this get away with shoddy work and charge through the roof. Pro finish went above and beyond to repair my car. They did a fantastic job with the paint work and getting some dents out that I had not noticed originally! The car was polished and even the interior was cleaned. I was happy with the result, which was very close to factory finish. Keep up the good work!

Disappointing experience overall. These guys will do minimal surface preparation and the result is evenness in paint thickness and nothing fits back on properly. Forget warranty, they will use any means available to get away with poor work. Their colour matching is also sub-standard, unless they charge you to refinish the whole side of your car. They have an excuse for everything and will complain all the way through repairs, blaming others / potential previous work for their inability or reluctant to actually deliver a good repair. I will not recommend going there if you half love your car. They will blame you (the customer) when things go wrong. They will lose their cool and shout at / make fun of you at times.They are unprofessional and at times forget to complete the job 100%. Julie and Hak provide excellent customer service at a reasonable price.

The first time that I engaged them to repair a dint on my car, they fixed the dint and also went the extra step of cleaning the interior of my car at no extra charge.

The second time I visited them to remove some unwanted spray paint on my car, they removed it on the spot, waxed the surface and didn't even charge me when I offered to pay.

They really put the customer first and I will be telling all my friends about them.
