Extremely unprofessional owner, cannot admit to any faults of his own, will punish you for asking questions and this punishment is delaying the build by months, dodgy contracts and makes changes to plans using pens and highlighters and thinks that's normal. Is also confrontational with other trades people on site. Wants to be paid immediately (literally) and if it's 3 days later will accuse you of not paying? Loves his contract and using it as his 'go to'. As a female I was spoken to far differently than my husband was, at one point he called me 'that women'. Talks in circles and doesn't make sense! If the son takes over I'd build a pool with him but otherwise do not touch this company with a ten foot barge pole! This review will get him ringing the lawyers.....I've heard that one also :)
