Hip Kids

Were very unhelpful when emailed asking for guidance. When purchasing items they arrived fast however the quailty was poor compared to other brands on the market. I wrote them a review and their team has the power to sort through reviews and only upload the ones they like. They emailed me and told me they would not upload my review as they have had other people review that their product was good quaility. I said I would like my review published so people knew that there are different qaulities and the item i purchased was not a high standard and was alot more flimsy and was painted pine not hardwood or sturdy. They never posted my review.

Long story short we ended up having to pull it back apart after assemling and not use the item as it wasnt safe around our children and a waste of money. Not worth dealing with them ever again.

I agree with the above comment. I ordered a kitchen from Hip Kids for my kids (age 3, 2 & 4 week baby) from Santa for xmas. We left the assembly until Xmas eve night only to open it and find the a piece of the fridge damaged and a couple of 'faulty' screws with no head to screw into. Bought a table & chair set for my 4 year old. He hasn't stopped using it. Quality is great and found their staff very friendly to deal with.

Just purchased a balance bike from the new hipkids showroom in North Balwyn. Friendly staff and fantastic products. Will be shopping there again
