I got my hair cut and blow dried, the worst experience of any hair service I have received.

First, the hair dresser didn't listen to me, then cut my hair completely wrong and then when I was asked if I liked the hair cut, I was honest and said No.

I was abused by the management, screaming and yelling at me in a public place. I was told I was ungrateful, obnoxious and for my age really out of line.

When I explained that the hair cut was wrong, they screamed and said that my hair was already like that ( although they haven't seen me prior to my hair cut).

I was completely abused, embarrassed and now have hair cut that is unbelievably horrible, going to have to wear my hair up until it grows!



DO NOT VISIT!

do not go here! i asked for natural looking highlights in my brown hair and they used extremely light blonde dye which made my hair streaky and not natural looking at all! highlights usually take 2 hours - here they took 4 hours!! this means more money you have to spend on parking. I was bored as I found the service and the hospitality poor and the quality of what I asked for terrible. They were cheap - next time I'd spend double the money for a decent experience - Surprised this place is still in business. When I pointed out my hair was blonde not brown with lighter highlights they told me it was my fault for asking for highlights! They were so rude - hated every moment of those 4 hours. Once again DO NOT GO HERE
