The website looks nice and the staff were friendly on the phone, however, please be careful about their reliability; I called earlier in the day seeking to have flowers to my mother because she had fallen quite ill on her birthday. I successfully placed the order from Perth and my credit card was even charged. Just before close of business Hobart-time they called and said they could not deliver that day and blamed it on the courier. I was extremely disappointed because if they had contacted me sooner I could have located an alternative florist who were prepared to deliver that day. I had very much hoped to do something really nice for mum because she was so unwell on her birthday but instead was prevented from doing so. I suspect you may receive good service if you attended the store but please be careful otherwise.

I wanted to order some flowers to go to my sick mu who was a patient in Royal Hobart Hospital. Seeing I am living in Port Douglas it is obviously impossible to see what the flowers are like so we empowered Hobart Florist Shop to do the flowers for me.

I would really like to say that Hobart Florist Shop did a really super job, the flowers were just stunning. Most importantly thought the flowers brought a huge smile to my Mum.
