Worst service ever and prices are way too high. Spent over $4000 in this store and they did not want to help me with a faulty item !!!! This has happened more than once last time they put a car into the new box and sold it to us as new then made us buy new parts to put on it.

Would not advise you to buy here... Try to search online there are plenty of other stores better than this .

Saying the service is bad is an understatement. As a local I spend regularly here to support local business but after witnessing rude behaviour to other customers and encountering a complete disinterest to sales , a am not going to persist and I will be purchasing online or travelling to Newcastle to restock on items in future.

This shop tends to focus more on RC, but makes a genuine effort to cover other hobbies, and does a reasonable job of covering the spread. I tend to just get all my supplies and tools from this place, and the prices are about what you'd expect. Recommended.

Great products, but service is horrible, main person doesn't bother with answering questions, and younger guy doesn't know very much, only the older guy is good. When my friends car was serviced there, they broke a part, and refused to replace it. Took 6 months to order in Tamiya parts, and are very overpriced.

They do NOT have Tamiya parts in stock, and you have to ask to order them in, which takes ages.

Have been IGNORED by staff many times, and overcharged.
