I had my company tax done by this firm for 2 financial years. The first year they forgot to lodge one of my returns. The second year they forgot to lodge 3 returns. It wasn't until I received letters from ATO that I knew what was going on. At both offices in Adelaide you receive the same treatment, from the receptionists to the partners. I don't know how this accounting firm stays in business with the way we have been treated. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lastly, they are really expensive.
I went there to get my tax done in 2010, I found out this year that my tax was reviewed by the tax company because there was inconsistent numbers, and turns out the staff from this firm forgot to add my second job's income! This is even more surprising as we were discussing things to claim for that job, so I had assumed they'd already taken care of that. I was wrong. Now I have to pay back over $400 that I don't have. I only work part time and am a full time uni student, so tax refund money is relied upon. Avoid having the same trouble as me, go elsewhere!
