The guys installed a new split system AC unit for us under the NSW energy rebate scheme. They sorted out all of the paperwork for us and the work was great and the pricing was very competitive.<br><br>They arrived on time and were very respectful of the house, leaving it clean and leaving nothing behind for us to clean up.

I was having intermittent issues with my hot water service. Mike from Hogan Hot Water gave me some great advice over the phone which lead to the problem being fixed within a few hours. 5 star service.

Mike was awesome <br>We rang he came straight out in the rain.<br>Fixed our problem immediately.<br>And gave us professional advice on what our future system needs and costs would be .<br>Wish I could give him 10stars our hero for the day we still have hot water in the middle of winter.

Mike gave great advice straight away over the phone and then fixed by Saxon heat pump hot water system later that day when I was told it couldn't be done. Thanks Mike, you saved me heaps.

Arrived right on time, and very quickly, to quote on Solar HW supply and install.<br>Michael's professionalism began with questioning my stated requirement and pointed out that it would have a 20 year payback at 2014 power prices, but immediately understood my statement "..because I can"<br>Then a detailed explanation with supporting data to lay out the best solution to our needs<br>He then returned on request to bridge out our off peak 1 circuit to overcome a temporary hot water supply need.<br>As arranged he rang to advise install date and arrived right on time<br>But all of the above paled almost to insignificance against his truly professional safe working practices, his custom designed and built erection and installation equipment all of which contributed to his and his co-worker's efficiency and competence.<br>I'm pretty hard to impress on many activities but Hogan Hot Water scored a full card and I'd recommend them very highly.<br>Find it difficult to accept the negative posts below. I get the impression they are false comments or mistaken identity. And note: K & M Kearney are quite open with their responses to negativity
