Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart

This place always smells good when you walk past and it tastes just as good. I'm a big fan of cheesecake so the sweet cheese was a winner for me. The short crust pastry also melts in your mouth and they not have a chocolate version which I've not tried yet! Would recommend!

The baked cheese tarts are like a soft-tasting heaven in my mouth.
The pastry is hard on outside, but inside is so soft.
And the cheese is so runny and smooth.
The tart literally melts in your mouth.
My mouth is watering just thinking about it

Dreamy, creamy cheesecake with beautiful short pastry. More savoury than sweet, this is an ideal dessert for the non-dessert fan. Easily accessible in the CBD.
