Choose carefully prior to booking with this agent, or choosing this agent to manage your property. Below is my story of when I had booked a property through this agent in October 2021.
Make sure you have backup accommodation organised is all I can advise. Our accommodation was booked through this host was cancelled the morning we were meant to check-in, this is after we got an email confirming the booking and payment was taken, at 7:19am I got an email advising of the cancellation but didn't see this as I was heading south already and then at 10:31am then got a text message from the host declining the booking.
