Hi, My name is Judd Bryant, I have always had a gift for bringing healing for my community via a positive attitude and a zest for life which seems to be contagious.
I love to help people get back on to their feet from injury, I know what it is like to have an injury and subsequent downtime from the activities I enjoy and frankly I need to keep in shape because I do like to indulge on occasion and exercise helps me to stay healthy and allow me to be a little naughty at times.

I am a great believer in prevention of injury as well, with regular massage muscles are kept flexible and supple to help prevent tears or abnormal lengthening or shortening. I believe in a Holistic Approach and whilst Remedial for injury is an excellent way to get back on your feet I also believe that prevention is far better than cure.

A typical preventative treatment will have some of the best attributes of a wide range of manual therapies worked with in a single treatment. This is why I usually try and encourage a 90 min treatment so all parts of the body are treated so when I leave your home you are walking taller, feel lighter and almost always feel Happier with in your self as well. Being able to treat the muscles and tendons and lymphatic system is good in its self but also being able to treat the soul is something I am very proud of and I feel privileged to have that gift.
