Kinesiology, Sound Therapy, Meditation, Energy Balancing and Wellness Workshops.
Based on Sydney's North Shore, we service clients from all over Sydney. Our Practitioners are registered with national and international natural therapy associations.
At the Holistic Wellness Centre, we recognise that your body is always working to care for itself, but sometimes, it may need help to reach optimum wellness. Our Practitioners work with you using a range of holistic natural therapies to achieve wellness and balance in your life.

I started with Kinesiology through the Holistic Wellness Centre and then took up their weekly meditation classes. In all my experiences I have found them to be professional, trustworthy and intuitive. My life has become richer, my work goals clearer and overall I would highly recommend any of their services. Sandra and her team are an experienced group of caring professionals.
