Lovely decor and a very friendly getting on arrival. The were quite a few people in the restaurant when we arrived and we were promptly sown our table.
Service was expedient and the menu offers a varied selection at reasonable prices . The $19 veg lasagna had a creamy tomato sauce was generous in portion size and came with a small salad but the veg was a bit light on. the duck risotto with fetta was an odd combination but ok however the seafood risotto with chorizo was loaded with seafood and being cooked on a lobster stock was really tasty !
There is a lovely bar at the front of the restaurant and would be a nice place for a drink before dinner.
This place is an absolute joke. Prices are extremely over priced, staff are more worried about talking to each other than doing their job and when it came to the quality of the food, it was not even worth the effort. It was burnt, dried out and over 1hr 30mins after i had ordered it. Sent it back and i was told sorry kitchen in now closed. I had no choice but eat rubbish. This was for dinner, hopefully they are better for lunch.
Pleasant location, terrible service & food. Dropped in for a quick lunch with a friend on a quite Saturday and ordered saganaki, pizza and a bottle of wine. The wine was as expected but badly served, the saganaki was too thin and was cold by the time it was placed and oddly we had to request bread to accompany it. We chewed through the cold firming cheese and asked the waiting staff when we could expect the bread, they returned to advise the chef was preparing the bread.. What? By the time it arrived the saganaki juice had been removed from the table and there was nothing on the table that was going to turn the dried, stale 'chef prepared' bread into anything that could be considered digestible. The pizza was warm, dry and ordinary.
