We support the reviews below. The engagement with us has been terrible including avoiding calls and emails. Promising things verbally which aren't then met with commentary 'where is that written in the contract'. The project manager seems to have no idea what's going on and blames you for anything at all which is wrong. If they've performed 5000 renovations as they say it's certainly not a case of practice makes perfect. Consider looking at other options for the good of your sanity.
We too experienced problems with this company. Promises not fulfilled, several bad design problems, sloppy workmanship in places. No project management. Be careful of 'variations', they will upcharge!
The only positive is the courtesy of the office staffs.

Having performed 5,000 renovations, mistakes do happen and we try to correct all the issues; where we can't, we compensated monetarily which was accepted with KLJinSyd. We had the same experience. Poor workmanship, no organisation, total lack of communication yet were super efficient at asking for payment. We also couldn't wait to be rid of them. Avoid at all costs.
As the company has performed 5,000 renovations it is hard to comment without a real name.
As licensed builders, all work is by legal contract and only when the work is correctly performed does the client pay.
