Love my nails! She was very thorough and did not rush the service. Very happy with the look and will definitely be going back next time to redo my nails. :)

Horrible Experience!!! Went there on my break. I requested for a spa pedicure rather than a basic pedicure as I had one hour to kill. The lady sat me down, signalled me to place my feet inside the tubful of water. She forgot to run the hot water and I was okay with it as we are only human.

The seat massage was only on for a minute out of the 45 minute experience. She pushed my cuticles so hard and trimmed the edges so roughly, that two of my toes bled. I didn’t say anything as it was obvious it was bleeding but she continued to apply base coat and did the first coat of colour before I said anything. She apologized, cleaned it and put another second coat of colour. And that was it!!!! She didn’t even put the top coat, massage cuticle oil and sprayed my toenails for the colour to stay longer.

I assumed she’d give me a discount but no, I ended up paying the full amount. Never again will I go there!!!! Never!!! Horrible experience and awful service!!!

Don't go there. Very unprofessional. The technicians talk about you in front of you because they think you can't understand them. They also openly complain and talk about other customers that come in making enquiries. After my first unhappy visit, I decided to give them a second chance and after my second unhappy experience, I vowed never to go back. There are plenty of other nail salons in the city. Hollywood Nails Emporium do not deserve your business.

I would never go back, if you are at Empirium just go a few levels up for s far better service and customer service at Goddess nails, to start the shellac was not removed correctly, leaving the current finish questionable. I asked for a French manicure and end up with a horrible thick blob of white varnish at the end of my nail, the technicians were rude and very unprofessional, the icing on the cake was being asked to pay before the polish was applied so it's me, half serviced paying a bill, this was just asked to me so definitely not standard procedure. My cuticle is looking really bad, bits left behind, my hand skin is horribly dry after being soaked in acetone. Not a happy customer.
