Hollywood Nails

For the past decade, I have struggled to find someone as nuturing with my fragile nails and delicate hands. \

I get my nails done by Yen and she is amazing, couldn't be happier with the service.

Disgusting customer service!! I walked in and explained that I would like a pedicure. The lady was so rude barking an order at me to “sit here!!” I literally walked away. Avoid at all costs

I would give 0 stars if I could! Absolutely rude staff (especially Le, Mai and another lady whose name I could not get). I was appalled as they refused to hear about my experience regarding a faulty tips SNS set from another Hollywood nails, despite me showing them my bank statement (I understand there are various franchise stores but it is the one company so they should have at least listened to what I had to say first) I tried to ask them to fix it and at first they said they would fix in 30 minutes (understandably as it was busy). I returned and they pretended to forget that they spoke to me before, but I said I was not happy as I already discussed with them. Then halfway through the soaking process they demanded I pay $10 or leave - how can I be expected to leave in the middle of a procedure (the nail was all goopy). Stay away, manager and staff very rude. They charge $60 for Shallac without a manicure (what a rip off have never paid more than $35 with a manicure). I had to go back a day later as two were already peeling off, they made me wait nearly an hour and the girl that re-did them was rude and not paying attention that I had to remind her to put the top coat on. Very unprofessional. Another girl had her nails done three times to the point she didnt pay. Will never go their again.

Went to get my SnS nails removed. I was expecting them to be soaked and then gently removed. Instead the girl harshly chopped them back, which really hurt. She then literally ripped them off by inserting a false nail underneath and ramming it under the SnS nail until it separated from my nails. It was really painful and some of my nails were ripped back to the quick. Anyway, I wouldn't let the girl near me with a file so I left. A horrible experience.
