Hollywood Nails

I'm a First time customer. The customer service was terrible. The staff was rude and did a rush job. I am not satisfied with the outcome of my nails, the gel is also uneven. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Would not recommend this place, I was a first customer and they had horrible service. Staff were really rude and put no effort into doing the least of the job they were supposed to do. Equipment were extremely unsanitary and unprofessional and they were very rushed. I regret not reading the reviews before coming here. They charged me for an extra 5 dollars for a matte top coat which they did not inform me about before applying. The $60 I paid for was not worth the outcome. My fingertips were very painful afterwards as they did not file or cut my nail properly. Please do not come here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The service was terrible and the staff was not doing their job properly. The person did my nail was not even looking at my nails when she was working on it. They were really rude aswell. THE WORST NAIL PLACE EVER

Would give this business a wide berth as there are plenty of other nail salons that offer sensational customer service and beauty services.
Despite having SNS nail refills on the menu and being told the previous day that I could refill my existing SNS, the very rude staff said that I would not be able to have a refill and would need to take off the SNS and replace!
Their website is very misleading by stating they have exceptional customer service as the workers all were lazing around and one even had their child with them. Extremely unprofessional

Service was horrible.. Staffs work their was very rude. I'm a First time customer there. They were very busy and didn't even cut my nails properly.. Not recommended at all..
