Hollywood Nails

I got a pedicure done the other day I felt very rushed and the lady did not listen to what I was saying and did what she thought was Okay. I wont be going back and they need more customer focus.

Would give less if I could... I did shellac on my nails and fron the following day, my nail polished began peeling off and now after 3 days of doing shellac, my nails look terrible. I wish I knew hiw I could complain legally about this. Someone must be controlling nail salons..,

Hollywood Nails At highpoint shopping centre use to be one of the very first before their franchise expanded. I use to get my nails done here quite often back then. I haven't been here for a long time and recently I decided to come back after a few years. Of course staff had changed as the person that i use to request no longer works there. I decided to get a pedicure as I'm really bad at doing my toes for a wedding coming up. The experience at the start was good but towards the end it felt very rushed. Im not sure if because they were behind in timing with their bookings but when my feet were under the fan for like a few minutes the staff said its dry and i was good to go and she quickly rush off to get the next person who had been waiting for some time in the next available chair. And it didnt feel dry so i was walking around like i was a crippled because i didnt want to ruin or damage my toes. There most likely wont be a next time here.

I made an appointment by phone wanting gel nails and more information over the phone but sadly the staff could not provide me any info and spoke little English. Once showing up to the appointment I wanted to know more about gel nails and they ended up giving me acrylic nails instead. The staff seemed annoyed at my questions. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will never return to their store or any of their franchises.

i have only had phone contact with this company, which was so abrasive, that i will not be a customer of this or any of the other hollywood nails stores.
