Hollywood Nails

I was cut with the electric file. I realize accidents happen but would have expected a discount on this occasion.

I cannot fault this business. I have had my nails done there approximately 20 times and they are nothing but friendly and do a great job. I have had one nail come off days later & they were only too happy to replace it free of charge. I can call up at any time & they will fit me in. I wouldn't go anywhere else, but understand if you have had a bad experience, it is best to find another place.

Am so disappointed with the lack of care given. I wouldn't even give them half a star! Not only were my acrylic nails very poorly done. I had to have one fixed the next day due do chipping cause the edges were not sealed. A little bit over a week later not 1 but 2 of my nails pretty much came clean off. When rang to enquire about getting them fixed I was confronted by a lady that was beyond rude yelling at me and then hung up on me. As a beauty therapist myself this service disgusted me and I would never return there again!

Pretty rude. Staff here's my feet around and pointed out my dead skin on floor to other person.
