Hollywood Nails
The only reason I went to this place was cause I couldn’t get into my usual place who does a fantastic job for half the price.
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had, to start with they hacked the lot out of my nails to take an old set off, never had that be so painful ever. I was left with bleeding half hanging on nails which was then covered by a tip. The “ombré” nails I had done were awful, the colours were not blended nicely and uneven you could see the white underneath the pink (I know how they should look I’ve had the Ombré before) the acrylic was so thin that the nail had no strength to it and started cracking after a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured I’d get them fixed next time Until My middle finger which cracked and the tip ripped off happened to be on one of the same nails that they hacked to start with so when the tip came off the finger exposed was raw and very sore. Yesterday my thumb cracked ...read more
Avoid at all cost! they did a terrible job. Had 3 people do my nails, which turned out uneven. They demanded cash because apparenty there was no room in the shop to keep eftpos rolls. I had my nails redone the next day at another store. Deserves no stars.
Nails are all different sizes clear gel coat came off within a few days and nails have started lifting has been two weeks today! My friend was with me and she had 5 different people do her nails as what appeared to be the owner came in to pay everyone! Was very odd! Each stuff member went into office one at a time and got and envelope with cash in it? Something not right there
I was in Hollywood Nails at the Hyperdome at Shailer Park Friday the 20/3/15 and had a full set of nails put on, the lady that served me put a nail on my middle finger (left hand) crooked, I commented about it at the time but was told it was my finger that was crooked not her nail. Well that nail fell off that afternoon and I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed before attending a wedding that evening. The elderly lady (in her 80's) sitting beside me was also told after having her nails done that she would have to come back in half an hour to have them completed as they where to busy to finish them. I think this business is very rude and quite frankly they talk all the time in their native tongue which is extremely rude and quite offensive when you know they are talking about the customer in front of them. Wont be going back to this business.
